I am part of the founding team to incubate a new venture, IndusGuru - an online curated marketplace for independent expert consultants. I have been the Lead Partner for Management Consulting in PwC India & responsible for it's Digital Business Transformation services. I have over 21 years consulting experience in Accenture, the leading management and technology consulting services firm in the world, working with a variety of multi-national and cross-cultural project teams. From 2006 to 2016 I have held several Practice leadership roles in Accenture including the APAC Lead for Resources Management Consulting, Managing Partner for the Resources India business, Building a team of consulting professionals in 2 new Management Consulting Practice domains - Talent & Organisation Performance and CRM. My Industry experience spans Industrial Products, Pharmaceuticals, Fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) , Energy, Agro-chemicals, Liquor and alcoholic beverages, Auto-components, Engineering, Cement and Textiles. I have led a wide range of consulting and implementation services programs covering all aspects of business performance improvement including Organisation restructuring, Sales, distribution and marketing strategies, Supply chain optimisation, Sales force effectiveness, Business Process Re-engineering and IT Strategy. My educational qualifications include Engineering and MBA degrees from leading institutes – VJTI Mumbai (BE Electronics), IIM Calcutta (PGDM – Operations and Information Systems)
