Dr. Vipul Singh

Vipul Singh has more than 25 years of HR leadership experience in Information Technology, Services, Telecommunications and Consumer durables industries. Vipul has led multiple HR organizations and provided strategic HR and Marketing Communications support to various growing businesses. Vipul is currently the Divisional Vice President & Head of HR, Communications & CSR at ADP for offshoring locations (India, Romania, Brazil & Philippines) of Global Business Solutions (GBS). At ADP, Vipul is responsible for the HR, Corporate Social Responsibility and Communications for the GBS Locations. Vipul is also responsible for the integration of ADP Offshoring locations, growth and standardization of all HR programs and processes. He is currently driving the digitization of HR efforts at ADP using Robotics, Artificial Intelligence along with some market ready products. Vipul is one of the youngest members on the GBS Leadership team and also part of ADP's Global Human Resources Leadership Team (HRLT). Prior to ADP, Vipul held a variety of leadership roles with Accenture and Tata Teleservices. Vipul has helped in setting up systems and processes in both the organizations and was a key member of the HR leadership team for Accenture’s Technology business in India where he played a pivotal role in setting up the units in Hyderabad and Chennai. He was also the global HR leader for the Infrastructure Outsourcing vertical of Accenture’s IT business and led the HR function for Concadia (Accenture's capability service offering). Vipul holds a Ph.D from Commonwealth University, a Post Graduate Diploma in HR from International Institute of Management (IMI) and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics Honors. He is a PCMM certified Auditor and an MBTI Certified practitioner.
