I am a Finance Professional with expertise in tax and regulatory advisory, compliance, planning, project management, strategy, policy making, cross border taxation and operational/process driven initiatives. Having worked in Financial services industry for large part of my career, I have gained extensive knowledge of variety of financial services and products. I have led a number of successful projects not just in my capacity as a Tax Head but also as a senior member of leadership teams. Opportunities to be part of leadership teams, Director on Boards of Companies and various other organisational committees has added vastly to my knowledge and experience. I have also been fortunate to be able to contribute to the cause of Diversity and Inclusion in the organisations I have worked for and in the process gained a lot from a personal growth perspective too. I am fascinated by the subject of leadership and I believe each day brings in a new learning for a leader. I truly endorse the perspective that "True leaders don't create followers; they create more leaders".
